We personally conduct all viewings, and work closely with local letting agents to negotiate the best rents for our landlords. Our vacancy rates are exceptionally low ensuring our clients have minimum void periods between tenancies.
We can also advise on what sort of tenancy might suit you. For example, a short tenancy is sometimes the best option, especially if you’re planning redevelopment or selling. But much of the time, extended tenancies suit all parties – we are adept at formulating beneficial renewals.
